Dzokhar "Jahar" Tsarnaev is not commonly known by either his real name or his nickname. Rather, he is known as one of the two Boston Bombers. And as a home-grown radical in the 21st Century, the greater public's understanding of "how to identify a terrorist was skewed dramatically."
